Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNLet website, user panel and subscription services. It explains what information is used to provide the service, how it is retained and how to submit a privacy request. Third-party websites, client platforms and payment services have their own privacy rules and are outside the scope of this policy.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNLet processes account credentials used for identity verification, account status and subscription entitlements to support sign-in and service delivery. Do not include personal information unrelated to your issue in your username or support tickets.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, order status and payment result. They are used to verify payments, activate entitlements and process refunds. Text and attachments submitted in a support ticket are used to provide assistance; please obscure passwords, sign-in credentials and subscription links in screenshots. An email address is not required to create an account and should not be requested by default for ticket verification.
No-Logs Position and Connection Information
VPNLet does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing history, lists of destinations or communications, or create activity records linked to an account.
During a connection, session state generated to forward requests is used only for that active connection and released when it ends; it is not kept as a long-term connection history. Traffic usage, subscription status and troubleshooting records needed for billing and service support are handled separately from browsing content. Traffic statistics do not include details of the websites visited.
When an issue occurs, support may ask you to provide an error message from your client. Please submit only the information needed for troubleshooting. Diagnostic information submitted this way is not the same as ongoing service monitoring of browsing activity.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, button use and page errors so we can improve content and workflows. These statistics relate to the marketing website and user panel interactions; they are not used to collect records of third-party websites accessed through acceleration routes. Do not add passwords or other sensitive information to page addresses.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save sign-in status and language preferences. You can clear or restrict this storage in your browser settings; doing so may require you to sign in again and may reset some preferences. Signing out or clearing local storage does not automatically delete server-side account or order records.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
VPNLet supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant third-party payment service processes each payment, and VPNLet confirms entitlements using the order identifier and payment result. Third parties may handle transaction data under their own rules; please review their information before using their services. Do not send payment account passwords to support.
Information is shared only to the extent necessary to complete orders, provide essential technical services, handle disputes or meet applicable legal obligations. VPNLet does not sell account data. For legally submitted data requests, existing information is handled only after the request is verified and only to the extent required.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and provide the subscription. Order, payment verification and dispute records are retained as required for business operations and applicable laws; there is no single long-term retention period unrelated to the purpose. Information will be deleted or anonymized when its purpose has ended and no retention obligation remains.
To access, correct or delete your information, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket describing the scope of your request. VPNLet will verify account ownership to prevent someone else from acting on your behalf. If some records cannot yet be deleted due to an order dispute or legal obligation, we will explain why they must be retained. Deleting your account may affect subscription use, so please resolve any outstanding matters first.
Policy Updates and Contact
This page will be updated if service processes or applicable requirements change, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Significant changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Any processing that requires separate consent will be explained at the relevant step.
If you have questions about this policy or want to understand how a particular type of information is handled, contact us through a user panel ticket. See the Terms of Service for service terms and the Refund Policy for refund information.
