What Information to Prepare

Connection and Client Issues

  • The platform and client you use, along with their operating system and client versions.
  • The name of the selected route, your current network environment, and when the issue occurred.
  • Describe what happens: the connection fails, drops frequently, or only a particular international website is inaccessible.
  • What you have tried and the full error message. Include a screenshot if needed.

For subscription import issues, describe the import steps and any messages you see. Do not paste the full subscription URL into your ticket.

Account, Order, and Refund Issues

  • Tell us which account or subscription status you would like checked.
  • Include the relevant order number, plan name, and payment date.
  • For payment issues, specify whether you used Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, and describe the result shown on the payment page.
  • For a refund inquiry, identify the relevant order. Follow-up details will be provided in your ticket.

Blur passwords, sensitive payment details, and personal information unrelated to the issue in screenshots. Support does not need your account password to troubleshoot.

VPNLet offers 30-day refunds. Please review the refund policy before applying. Order checks and refund requests are handled through user dashboard tickets.

Before You Submit: Checklist

Haven't finished setting up your client? Where should you start?

Start with the getting started guide and follow the steps to get a client, import your subscription, and connect for the first time. Client downloads and subscription links are in the user dashboard. If a screen or result differs from the guide, note where you got stuck in your ticket.

Not sure when your data resets? Do you need to submit a ticket?

Monthly subscription data resets on the monthly anniversary of activation. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan details and your subscription information in the dashboard first. If you still have questions, submit a ticket with the relevant order details.

Your route is connected, but a service is still inaccessible. What should you do?

Include the service you are trying to access, the selected route, any error message, and whether other international websites work. Route connectivity is separate from a third-party service's account requirements and regional policies. Specific error messages help narrow down the issue. You can also check the FAQs.

How can you add information after submitting a ticket?

Return to the user dashboard and add screenshots, error messages, or test results to your original ticket. Keeping all details for the same issue together makes it easier to follow the troubleshooting process. Check the ticket for progress and further updates.
